Front page conditions - space to add info

It would be useful to be able to add different words in the space next to the conditions on the front page of the S+P instead of only the dates. e.g being able to add " 10 working days from confirmation of clause ???"
I have had a few solicitors return S+P's and advise that they won't accept the over-riding clause to amend the front page clauses

Yes,i was advised by a solicitor yesterday that if its in the further terms, the vendors cannot question reasons why the clause want fulfilled. I guess you could add into the clause that if they don't fulfill the condition a reason must be given
