From here on out, you'll be able to edit, counter, accept & decline your offers from the dashboard, just like you do in the app.

As of today, you can now send emails from the CRM system. In order to do that, you'll need access to the CRM system.

In order to get access and learn to use the CRM system, go into the training / induction website (https://training.arizto.co.nz) and click on "CRM & Lead Tracker" - watch this training.

This will show you how to get set up and use the CRM system.

As of now, you can now load up to 40 photos on the web with your listings, including Trademe. This is a long awaited and high demand update that we're very pleased to roll out to you all.

NOTE: Our photographers will continue to take the same amount of photos as before, this does not mean we will be taking more photos where not necessary. We do not wish to see an increase on our average editing costs. As far as we aware, aside from the Trademe limit, the number of photos we provide per listing has always been sufficient.

Massive upgrade from Fred's team today. Now, you will be able to prepare upgrade payment links directly within the dashboard.

We now have the ability to have homes be listed in the New Home/New Build section of Trademe or Real Estate.

In your dashboard, simply click on "Sale Details" and tick "New Home"

NOTE - you cannot change this on listings that are already live, you will break the connection. This can only be done before you launch. If you have listings live now that need to be moved to the new build section, you can only withdraw them, rest them for a day, tick new build then relist them again.

Other updates are bug fixes to notifcations, and landscape mode among other things.

Receive notifications of errors and problems with your listings directly within dashboard and the app.

Inside your listing on the app, there is now a notifications section that shows you any errors on your listing and what things you need to fix. Added a screen in the menu for all errors needing your attention.

Access the leaderboard directly within the app now.

After open home, button added to viewing to save unsaved buyer data. No longer miss any unsaved data.

This is a 3 phase release.

Phase 1 has been deployed today. The listing agent will be able to load a secondary agent on the advertising of the listing. The 2nd agent will not have any access to the listing, they will display on the advertising on trademe & RE only for now.

Phase 2 will be where we will give the secondary agent ability to access the listing data in their app and dashboard, we aim to have this ready by end of Q2, there are other items we need to work on before the team can look at this. Phase 2 will also include dual agent on Arizto website and other sites

Phase 3 will be where your BSM or admins can adjust listings on your behalf in order to better support you.

Deployed a fix for lost open home data. Now, once you are finished with an open home, the data is saved to your device locally. Salespeople need to click back into the viewing and click "save guest data" and the open home attendees are submitted to the system, if they fail to submit because of your internet connection, it will show you and they will remain saved to your device. We will no longer lose buyer data from viewings or open homes.

Fixed a bug with entering address and google dropdown affecting new leads

Added a feature for sending docs, previously if you put in multiple emails, it wasn’t clear how to save the emails, now it is more clear how to enter more emails

Some users experiencing a bug when booking an appraisal, the app crashes. Fixed

Improvements made to listing history, fixed a bug where history wouldn’t display if there was an active offer on the listing, also history is now more elaborate and easier to read.
