Agent profiles should rotate on the Arizto Website

I agree Carl, but also those who are listed first were the ones who took a gamble to go to a new agency. The company has grown, which is awesome however, there were both risks and financial costs for us who took that leap in the first place. This is my own opinion, but we were not supported with any extra funding, marketing or other resources to get us across. We worked damn hard to get the brand out there, and that wasn't easy. Arizto called nearly every agent in every region. Some of us took the risk, others sat back and waited.

Totally agree – the early agents deserve huge credit for taking that leap and building the brand from scratch. At the same time, agents change brands all the time – that’s nothing new. From my experience (buying/building/selling around 15 developments a year), vendors choose an agent first on relationship and then on price. Some of the best agents I’ve dealt with only transact a few times a year – which is why Arizto needs to avoid slipping into the old model of putting a few on a pedestal. A balanced approach keeps the brand fresh and inclusive as it grows, otherwise it begs the question of why change in the first place.

There really needs to be another drop down button after they select Region, example, Whanganui, Manawatu/Palmerston North and Horowhenua are all mixed together, that is a very large area of the country,. Also, the order of the salespeople does not make sense, the Locations/salespeople order is mixed up. Good if you are one of the first for your area, not good if you are way down the page, as is one from Whanganui, be hard to find her.
