Feature Requests

It's really easy to add offers into the app which is great. Would be useful if we could download the S&P BEFORE an offer was accepted (if required).

There is a Bay of Plenty location dropdown, but it would be great for homeowners to select eg. Whakatane and see all agents that work in that area, or tap Opotiki and they can see who will work in that area for them. Easier to find instead of scrolling right through looking for which agent might cover their area.

Would be great when you go to enter the Record of Title details for any other estate types that fall outside the fee simple title parameters, to have a prompt or separate window where we can type in the leasehold/instrument details for a cross-lease etc. As it stands you have to type all of the additional details in the legal description and it bunches it all up under one portion of the sales and purchase agreement -looks untidy and unprofessional.

With rapid growth of Arizto.... it would be good to see the agents profiles rotating

It would be great to be able to have a look at the S & P Agreement, prior to the S & P Agreement going to our clients so we can make any necessary changes before our clients sign the agreement.

Would be a lot more streamlined if we could have "payable to Public Trust...etc.." in the deposit box on all Sale and Purchase agreements that are loaded onto each listing. That way it's covered when doing a manual agreements.

in Vendor report to have ability to: record inquiries who do not come to the open home to show vendor who is interested and update notes and dated of the conversations also to have a space for agent summary / suggestion before report goes out - I don't see a preview option so I can edit , also only trademe stats pull through- there should be a way of updated the stats from other websites...

When adding a buyer to an open home/viewing, it would be cool if as soon as I enter their first name it searches and pulls up past matches to my open homes only. You could then simply select the match from a dropdown list to save my time and theirs
