Would be great to be able to edit the sale and purchase agreement and add in vendor clauses or vendor's solicitor's clauses such as in the case of "as is where is" sales and have that edited file able to be uploaded and used in the offer process in the app rather than having to do that whole contract manually

be able to offer & design premium marketing options for listings

improve the feed to oneroof (and Hougarden) so we have less issues and the listings update instantly.

Update listings on RE instantly, just like trademe does.

This would be a helpful option to add when converting a lead into an appraisal please
