It would be great to be able to have a look at the S & P Agreement, prior to the S & P Agreement going to our clients so we can make any necessary changes before our clients sign the agreement.

With rapid growth of Arizto.... it would be good to see the agents profiles rotating

We would like to see the ability to send the offer to purchaser and vendor separately, so if the purchaser wishes to review prior to offer presentation they can. This would work in line nicely with the ability to download sale and purchase agreement prior to accepting the offer. My thoughts are the offer could be sent to the purchaser and they could 'download s&p' from the offer email sent to them that can then be run by their lawyer. Further to this, it would help in multiple offer situations where if you have more than one person making an offer, you can send to them for review, and often as they view and mull over their offer they make the decision to up it when being met with competition. It would then mean we have control of each offer in a multiple offer situation if you set a deadline for all offers to be in by, as people often make multiple changes up until that deadline. I think it’s important that this is a process between agent and purchaser without the vendor receiving the updates for it until you are ready to present something solid. I also at times have vendors that are too highly strung to deal with seeing all the changes as they happen, or someone starting the process of making an offer and then getting cold feet, as people do sometimes. 90% of transactions currently are requesting this meaning I am drawing offers on all of my properties in REINZ and not using the app at all, which is a shame. I then have to go through all of the app steps to upload the agreement in the system. I have spoken with each other agent here in Nelson and it is an issue we are all experiencing, in needing to write up contracts to run by lawyers prior to signing, so would love to see this addressed somehow please. When adding a new lead into the app, that person gets an auto email saying something along the lines of "Thank you for your enquiry, someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours." Should be an option to disable this. When adding a lead into the app, I have already spoken to the person so this email is irrelevant.

It's really easy to add offers into the app which is great. Would be useful if we could download the S&P BEFORE an offer was accepted (if required).

tickbox next to a listing for trademe silver, gold, platinum upgrades. Only admin can tick it. As soon as the listing goes live, if the box is ticked, an email automatically goes to trademe with the link and the request to upgrade the listing. This also automatically UNTICKS the box at this point too (as we don't want a second upgrade again in future if the listing goes live AGAIN). Admin ticks the box when a payment is made, agent launches the listing as normal. This reduces an extra step for admin to load the upgrade and verify was it paid for.

1/4 hr intervals please Would be good when adding appraisals to have 15 and 45 min options as quite often make appraisals for quarter past or quarter to, and when email goes out it always has wrong time on it as no option to select quarter past or quarter to.

We should make the CMA box only appear once the property details have been filled in. So it's not possible to put a CMA in unless property details completed first.

CRM - similar to Property Suite, ability to manage buyers and property match, and email direct marketing

Fixing feeds to ratemyagent, OneHub and Homes.co etc so we don’t have to manually add listings and sales etc. These should all be automated/streamlined.
